Established in 2010, Pappa Spice Cuisine is a Houston-based catering company serving weddings, corporate functions, church gatherings and family celebrations across the city. Yolanda Abdulhaqq is the Owner and creative force behind Pappa Spice Cuisine, Yo-Yo's Yummy Pound Cakes, and Mama Got the Juiceee. Born and raised in Third Ward — Houston, Texas, she carries the culture, flavor, and sense of community from her upbringing into everything she creates.
Known for bold flavors, warm hospitality, and a dedication to quality, Yolanda has built a reputation for creating food and drinks that bring people together and leave lasting impressions. From savory catering dishes to rich homemade pound cakes and refreshing signature beverages, each brand reflects her passion for comfort, culture, and unforgettable taste.
